Crown Lease Survey

Overview

Crown (state) land in Fiji is administered by the Ministry of Lands and Mineral Resources under the State Lands legislative framework. Leases and licences of state land may require survey and preparation of lease documents; lessees are also obliged to protect boundary marks. Private surveyors may be instructed to survey state land where the government engages them for that purpose.
